Evolve Chiropractic is hiring a full-time Chiropractic Rehabilitation Technician to join our patient care team.

We are a structural rehabilitation clinic focused on helping patients improve the way their bodies move, function, and feel. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who believes in a holistic approach to health and wants to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Our clinics are healing spaces. Patients should feel welcomed, encouraged, and cared for every time they walk through the door. The person in this role must bring a professional appearance, a warm and approachable presence, excellent energy, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills to the clinic every day.

What You Will Do

• Work directly with patients throughout their visits
• Guide patients through doctor-prescribed rehabilitation exercises and movement-based therapies
• Administer a variety of doctor-prescribed therapeutic modalities according to Evolve’s established protocols
• Teach patients how to properly perform exercises and therapies, often by demonstrating and completing movements alongside them
• Educate patients about posture, movement, home exercises, structural rehabilitation, and the chiropractic care process
• Encourage, coach, and motivate patients throughout their treatment
• Help patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care
• Observe patient comfort and response to therapy and communicate concerns to the chiropractor
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation
• Support patient scheduling, check-in, checkout, and clinic flow as needed
• Keep therapy areas, treatment spaces, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for patients
• Participate fully in required training, team meetings, and pre-shift and post-shift development
• Step in wherever needed to support the clinic, the doctors, the team, and the patient experience

Experience and Background

Previous chiropractic experience is not required. We can teach our clinical systems and protocols. We are looking for the personal qualities, communication skills, work ethic, and attitude that are much harder to teach.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn and consistently follow standardized procedures.

Clinical Stretch & Rehabilitation Technician

An advanced hands-on patient care role focused on doctor-prescribed assisted stretching, mobility work, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation protocols, and approved manual therapy techniques. Clinical Stretch & Rehabilitation Technicians earn $20–$24 per hour after completing the required training, demonstrating competency in the Chiropractic Technician role, and being selected for advancement.

Office Administrator

A clinic operations role focused on the patient experience, front desk operations, scheduling, financial and insurance communication, medical records, workflow coordination, and supporting the Clinic Director in maintaining an organized and successful clinic.

Advancement is based on individual performance, demonstrated competency, professional growth, and clinic needs.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Candidates are expected to review the clinic’s location and operating hours on the Evolve Chiropractic website before applying. You must be available to work the schedule required by the clinic, including Saturday mornings.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, twisting, and demonstrating rehabilitation activities.

Employees must be able to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
