Role Description
The Clinical Program Director - Outpatient role is a full-time on-site position based in Elk Grove, CA. The primary responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, facilitating program development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health care tailored to adolescents. The Clinical Program Director will manage staff, provide supervision, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Additional duties include collaborating with families, monitoring program outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Clinical Operations and Program Development to oversee and improve treatment plans and services.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Mental Health and adolescent-specific therapeutic practices.
- Familiarity with Clinical Trials and their application to evidence-based behavioral health treatments.
- Understanding of Medicine relevant to adolescent mental health and substance use care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in team management and staff supervision.
- Master’s degree or higher in a related clinical field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).
- Current and valid clinical license in the state of California is required (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD).
- Experience with DBT or evidence-based therapeutic modalities is preferred.
