What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Evolve ABA Care?

This is a full-time, on-site role located in McKinney, TX, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising behavior technicians. They will provide parent education, train team members, and monitor progress using data-driven methods. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams is a key part of this role to support the overall development and success of clients.
- Strong knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Expertise in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Solid understanding of Psychology as it pertains to behavior and development
- Experience conducting assessments, creating individualized behavior plans, and analyzing data
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA certification) is required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disorders, is preferred
