Location: Brooksville, FL

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

This job is 40 hours full-time and in person.

Evolutionary Rides LLC is a restoration and custom automotive shop specializing in classic vehicles, custom builds, metal fabrication, reconditioning, servicing, and upgrades. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building high-quality vehicles.

Position Overview

The Fabricator / Classic Car Builder will be responsible for metal fabrication, structural repairs, custom modifications, and assisting with restoration projects. This role requires strong welding skills, metal finishing, understanding of classic/custom cars, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

What your responsibilities would be:

· Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum

· Fabricate custom panels, brackets, mounts, and structural components

· Repair rust and structural damage on classic vehicles

· Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and build plans

· Use fabrication tools (brake, English wheel, bead roller etc.)

· Disassembly / Reassembly

· Ensure work meets safety and quality standards

· Maintain clean and organized workspace

· Record proper documentation of builds

· Other tasks as assigned

What we’re looking for:

· 3 years fabrication experience (automotive preferred)

· Strong welding skills (MIG required, TIG preferred)

· Experience with classic car restoration and custom builds

· Ability to measure, cut, and fabricate accurately

· CNC plasma cutting (is a plus)

· Strong attention to detail

· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Must be a team player, good daily attitude.

· Must have Valid Driver License and reliable transportation

· Must have own tools

Preferred Experience

· Sheet metal Fabrication and Metal Finishing

· Body panel modification / fitment / repair

· Sheet metal shaping / forming

· Custom chassis work and Suspension modifications

· Understanding Classic and Custom vehicles

Compensation

· Pay ranges from $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
