Job Overview
A fast growing junior company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Pattern Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in junior garment construction and manufacturing, preferred with expertise in Tuka Tech system. As a Pattern Maker, you will play a crucial role in the design and production process, ensuring that patterns are accurately created to meet the specifications of our garments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create patterns for various garment styles based on design specifications.
• Utilize drafting techniques to produce accurate pattern pieces that align with production requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure patterns meet quality standards and fit specifications.
• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to test patterns for functionality and fit.
• Make adjustments to patterns as needed based on fitting sessions or production feedback.
• Maintain organized records of all patterns, including revisions and modifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pattern making techniques.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
