About the Role
We’re seeking Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team in day-to-day operations.
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be juggling multiple projects and deadlines, so attention to detail and follow-through are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts and serve as point of contact between design, production, and sales
- Request and track costing, fabrics, and patterns
- Coordinate sample development and maintain sample tracking logs
- Assist with assortment planning and pre-meeting preparation
- Follow up on post-meeting action items until POs are confirmed
- Support design team with material sourcing and organization
- Communicate clearly and consistently with vendors and internal teams
- Help ensure all deadlines are met in a fast-moving environment
