Job Description
Our Online Casino Dealers come from many different backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, and other people-facing roles. No previous casino experience is required — we provide paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Deal live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker on camera.
- Chat naturally with players about pop culture, sports, music, and trivia.
- Handle cards and game equipment accurately.
- Keep conversations friendly, upbeat, inclusive, and entertainment-focused.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working on camera
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to pass required background checks
- Able to obtain a Michigan gaming license — we help with the process

- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment.
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards.
- Able to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.
