The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, coachable Performance Coach who wants to grow within a high-performance environment and be personally mentored by Scot Prohaska, one of the most respected performance coaches in the industry. This position is ideal for a young, hungry coach passionate about helping developing athletes reach their potential while learning the systems that produce world-class results.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver semi-private performance training sessions using PROCODE™ systems and
standards.
- Coach primarily developing youth athletes, along with select elite athletes and motivated
adults.
- Conduct athlete performance assessments and track progress with objective data.
- Learn and apply advanced training systems (Poliquin, Kilo Strength, etc.).

- Passionate about training and human performance.
- Coachable, humble, and eager to learn.
- Strong communicator who brings energy and professionalism to every session.
- Organized and dependable — honors commitments and respects clients’ time.
- Thrives in a team built on accountability, growth, and precision.
Preferred Background
- Have or are currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Certifications: CSCS, NASM, or equivalent preferred.
- 1 years of experience training athletes or active adults.
- Familiarity with data-driven or sports science-based training systems is a plus.
