We’re currently looking for Certified Fitness Trainers who are upbeat, engaging, and ready to help our members feel confident and supported in their fitness journey.
As a Certified Fitness Trainer, you’ll run our group fitness program (PE@PF), design simple and effective workout routines, and guide members on the safe use of equipment. When classes aren’t in session, you’ll proactively connect with members on the floor, offering encouragement and support every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead group classes and new member orientations as part of the PE@PF program
- Create and maintain a class schedule that fits members’ needs and club flow
- Proactively engage members to assist with fitness questions and equipment use
- Promote a fun, safe, and supportive Judgement Free Zone® atmosphere
- Be visible and available out on the gym floor to members outside of class times
- Greet members and guests, offer assistance
- Be a reliable and collaborative team player

What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Must be 18 years or older
- Nationally Certified Personal Training Certificate required
- CPR/AED Certified (otherwise, we will provide certification)
- Personal training or group instruction experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout your shift
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, and move in various positions
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Trainer Schedule:
Monday: 7:30AM - 1:30PM
Tuesday: 2:00PM - 8:00PM
Wednesday: 1:00PM - 7:00PM
Thursday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Friday: 7:30AM - 1:30PM
