As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and supporting the General Manager to keep the club running smoothly and successfully.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and club oversight
- Help train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Assist with scheduling and supervision
- Identify and resolve member and team member issues, escalating when needed
- Track performance metrics and ensure team accountability
- Lead by example, actively participating in daily team member responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for members and guests
- Ensure the club remains clean, organized, and fully operational

What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, upbeat attitude with strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, honest, and professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency
- CPR/AED certified (otherwise, we will provide certification)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (fitness experience a plus)

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate with members throughout your shift
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must help maintain overall club cleanliness

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Either Saturday OR Sunday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
