Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care / Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position involves residential and commercial lawn maintenance and general landscaping work.
Commercial zero-turn mower experience is required. Candidates must be comfortable and proficient operating an Exmark commercial zero-turn mower.
Responsibilities
- Operate Exmark commercial zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently
- Mow residential and commercial properties
- String trim and edge lawns, sidewalks, curbs, and landscape beds
- Operate backpack blowers and other commercial lawn equipment
- Perform general landscape maintenance, including weeding, pruning, mulching, and property cleanups
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
- Perform basic daily equipment checks and help keep equipment clean and maintained
- Follow job-site instructions and company safety procedures
- Work efficiently with other crew members to complete properties on schedule
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at customer properties
Requirements
- Previous commercial zero-turn mower experience required
- Must be able to confidently operate an Exmark zero-turn mower
- Previous professional lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to operate string trimmers, backpack blowers, edgers, and other landscaping equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to work
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who already knows how to mow professionally. This is not a position for someone who has only used a residential riding mower. You should be comfortable operating commercial equipment around landscaping, buildings, vehicles, curbs, and other obstacles while maintaining a clean, professional cut.
