EvolutionHR is currently looking for a Customer Sales Support Agent in Roanoke, VA.
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, Working in a BUSY call center environment. Inbound/Outbound calls to current and prior customers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support Agent
- Answer a multi-line phone as the first point of contact for all sales support related calls
- Keep records of client and provider interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and providers at all times
- Work collectively with all staff to promote a positive work environment
- Make Outbound Calls to required clients to inform them about latest product offerings
- Highschool Diploma/GED is Required, Higher Education (Associates Degree or Higher is preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support OR customer support environment preferred.
- Must have professional communication, will be communication with clients and customers about specific products, orders and providing resolutions to any issues.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software
- Prior to starting in this position, must pass drug screen and background requirements
- Hourly Rate: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience
