Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Pay: $17.00 to $18.00 per Hour Based on Experience.

This position is supporting business accounts and providing a variety of troubleshooting assistance to any issues business representatives are having as it relates to their insurance or needing claim process help.
Responsibilities
- Answer a multi-line phone as the first point of contact for all client's calling into business requesting information or assistance.
- Keep record all all caller interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Make Outbound Calls to required clients to inform them about updates and/or resolutions.
- MUST be comfortable taking calls and completing documentation into ticket software during call
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and providers at all times
- High School Diploma/GED is Required
- Bachelors Degree is STRONGLY Preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment. Seeking candidates with Account Management or Client Management and support.
- Must have professional communication, will be first level of support communication with clients and customers regarding policies, payment information and providing resolutions to any issues.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software
- Prior to starting in this position, must complete pre-employment drug screen and background requirements
