- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; must meet all licensing and certification requirements.
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Deep understanding of industry practices, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and proven time management abilities for self and team.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to business success through enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Effective in planning, problem-solving, and managing complex responsibilities with excellent communication skills.
