KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIESOperations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precisioninspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure filesall while keeping safety top of mind.Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. Youre the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.
