This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

- Conduct venue tours, planning sessions and menu tastings
- Develop Banquet Event Orders, timelines, floor plans, and event logistic specifications to onboard/shipboard venues
- Collaborate and communicate with internal teams i.e., Banquet Operations, Front Office, and external vendors
- Manage budgets, contacts, deposit, and billing details
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue policies unique to a historic venue
- Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction
