We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Gahanna and surrounding areas to join our patient nursing team and provide nursing services to patients in their primary residence. Qualifications
Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Perform home visits to assess the patient’s health needs and implement a nursing care plan.
- Responsible for delivering a quality medical care in compliance with industry/company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring patients for reactions or side effects.
- Monitoring all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
- Modifying patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
- Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Proven record of providing patients with nursing care.
- Ability to exercise independent and sound judgement.
- Strong decision-making skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.

Experience and Education for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in providing nursing care to patients in a residential setting or similar environment.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of operation.
