Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and rooming patients, and prepare them for appointments.
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and helping patients with questions.
- Perform blood draws and administer injections as directed by the medical provider and within the scope of practice.
- Prepare and organize injections and medications for the week according to established protocols, labeling requirements, and safety procedures.
- Perform aesthetic treatments and assist with aesthetic procedures, as trained and authorized.
- Assist with patient care related to medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient charts and electronic medical records.
- Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow infection control procedures, medication handling guidelines, and patient safety protocols.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patients have a positive experience from check-in to checkout.
- Assist the team with daily tasks and other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with blood draws, injections, and patient care preferred.
- Aesthetic or medical spa experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a team environment.
- Professional, dependable, and punctual.
- A positive attitude, friendly personality, and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality, safety, and high-quality care.
Job Details
- Monday - Friday
- 9am to 5pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
