What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Team Coach position at Evolution Gymnastics Academy?
We're looking for enthusiastic gymnastics coaches. Coaches that bring both structure and positivity to the gym. Ones who hold athletes to high standards with clear expectations while making it a fun and enjoyable experience. We are seeking a team player, an employee that works well with others!
Role:
- To structure and organize practices.
- Communicate with athletes, parents, and other coaches.
- Be a team player
- Travel and attend all practices and competitions.
Requirements:
- Experience can be coaching rec and or competitive gymnastics. We can train you, not a problem.
- Must be reliable and committed.
- Willing to spot
- Must be able to work all year round, and especially weekends!
- Afternoon-evening hours during the week, and weekends during meet season.
Pay will be based on experience. We are seeking coaches for Levels 2-5 and Xcel levels Bronze and Silver.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
