Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through to completion and client handover
- Develop and oversee project plans, programmes of work, and installation schedules
- Review project specifications, contracts, and technical requirements to ensure successful delivery
- Liaise with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure project requirements are fully understood
- Coordinate installation engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently and safely
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where necessary
- Ensure customers and key stakeholders receive regular updates on project status and milestones
- Manage project budgets and profitability, escalating any concerns where appropriate
- Organise commissioning activities, customer training, and final project documentation
- Ensure all handover documentation, certificates, and project records are completed accurately and issued on time
- Support accurate invoicing and financial reporting through effective project tracking
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements, company policies, and quality procedures
- Participate in regular project review meetings and provide clear progress updates
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be a confident and detail-oriented Project Manager with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
You'll have:
- A minimum of 2 years Project Management experience with a similar cross section of jobs in quantity and values
- Strong working knowledge of Electronic Security systems such as Gallagher, Software House, Genea, and/or Genetec experience is preferred but not required
- Competent to generate and understand a program of works with Microsoft Project or similar
- Microsoft 365 suite, Visio, Job costing packages
