Junk Removal Team Member/Driver

Currently Open Positions: - Junk Removal Team Member (Full Time) -

Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 40 hour work week with overtime

Hourly wages with consistent tips

Experience: preferred 1 years of Junk Removal/hauling experience

Pay: $14-20 per hour plus tips Junk Removal Truck Driver Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Must have reliable transportation to Stephens City. Shifts begin between 7-7:30am and typically end between 3-5pm

- Safely Operate our 14 foot box trucks - Load, unload, and sort items, furniture, appliances, debris, trash, and more into/out of our box trucks

- Ensure all removed items are properly donated, recycled, or disposed of - You must be capable of lifting and carrying items of 100 lbs

- Must be able to communicate with customers professionally and provide excellent customer service - Will be trained to provide estimates/quotes

- You will work efficiently with all team members to ensure the day remains on schedule - You will be responsible for taking payment on site when required

- Must have a valid drivers license

- You will also need to put up yard signs and door flyers on occasion

- You will be delivering trash bins as well

- Will be trained and expected to be able to safely demolish hot tubs, playsets, and sheds

Junk Removal Team Member:

- Same tasks/Responsibilities as Junk Removal Truck Driver excluding operating the trucks, quoting/estimate jobs

- Will assist driver with navigation to jobs and disposal sites

What to expect on an average junk removal day: You will arrive on time each day ready to work. You will drive to homes and businesses in one of our Junk Removal trucks. Upon arrival you will greet the customer and introduce yourselves. After introductions are made you will ask the customer to show you around and let you know exactly what needs to be removed. The items that you are removing can vary greatly. Some jobs you may be picking up one piece of furniture or one appliance. Other jobs you may be clearing out the entire home/business of furniture, appliances, debris, trash etc. You must safely remove all items without causing damage to the home/business. You will be required to maintain a positive and professional demeanor. We are a small family business and providing excellent customer service is of our utmost priority. Once all items have been removed from the home/business and loaded into our trucks you will most often need to take payment on site. After payment has been made you will head to the next job or take the items to the proper facility to be disposed of, recycled, or donated.

We are looking for positive, professional, and motivated individuals who want to join our family and assist with building/growing the company. We currently offer Commercial and Residential Junk Removal services as well as weekly garbage/recycling collection. As we grow and expand so will our services, software, and procedures. With this being said we hope to find people who are able to adapt to change and would love to find people who want to grow into higher positions.
