Assistant Property Manager
Full-Time | 1099 Contractor

We are a growing boutique commercial property management company seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role requires regular in-person collaboration at our office, with flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial properties
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, handling maintenance requests, notices, and general inquiries
- Coordinate vendors, schedule work, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
- Meet vendors and tenants on-site as needed to support property operations
- Track, manage, and follow up on work orders
- Assist with lease administration and document management
- Support CAM reconciliations, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain accurate and organized records in AppFolio and internal systems
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of property management or related administrative experience
- Commercial property management experience is a plus
- California DRE license preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; AppFolio experience is a plus
