Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wenatchee, WA, for a CNC Machinist Programmer. In this role, you will program and operate CNC machines, set up and run precision machining operations, and produce high-quality aerospace parts. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and technical drawings, operating milling equipment, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining machinery to ensure optimal performance. You will work both independently and collaboratively with a focus on excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience with Machine Operation and Machining in a high-precision manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Milling operations and CNC programming
- Strong skills in Quality Control and the ability to ensure compliance with tight tolerances
- Knowledge of Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to industry safety standards
- Experience in aerospace or high-consequence manufacturing is a plus
- Technical certifications or degree in machining, manufacturing, or a related field are preferred
