🎯 Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple client-facing projects on a regular basis to gather requirements, acting as the client advocate in meetings and requirements gathering sessions, delegating activities to appropriate stakeholders, and communicating progress of activities to Leadership on a weekly basis. A successful candidate is an agile leader with the ability to support multiple projects at once and has a technical background in an operations organization.


🧩 What you will do

In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies for enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.
  • Oversee technical implementations, integrations, and migrations, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Analyze existing business and technology processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps.
  • Design and implement improved workflows, leveraging automation and system integrations where applicable.
  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support change management efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure process performance and continuously optimize outcomes.


🧠 What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Business Management, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management in a technical field
  • Data Center, high-tech, or rapid growth industry experience is required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 360Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Prior experience with ITIL, CMDB, CMMS, CMS, and HTML knowledgebase software is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and team leadership
  • Ability to predict challenges and proactively minimize roadblocks
