🎯 Role Overview

As a PMO Manager, you will lead program governance and strengthen project delivery discipline across a complex, cross-functional enterprise environment.

You’ll ensure initiatives are executed with clear structure, consistent standards, strong accountability, and executive-level visibility—supporting technology, operations, and transformation programs.

🧩 What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide oversight across multiple programs and projects to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and timelines
• Establish and reinforce PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures
• Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, stage gates, and lifecycle processes
• Maintain visibility into program health, including risks, dependencies, scope changes, and milestones
• Develop executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and leadership updates
• Facilitate governance forums, program reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and operational efficiency
• Support and guide project managers in applying best practices

• Is familiar with modern project management and collaboration tools
• Holds a PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
