Key Responsibilities
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally
- Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document repair orders
- Provide repair recommendations and detailed cost estimates
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate between customers, technicians, and parts department to ensure timely service
- Upsell maintenance services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle history
- Close out repair orders, review invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Mitsubishi, CDJR, or import experience a plus)
- Knowledge of automotive systems, service processes, and warranty procedures
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds, or Dealertrack DMS preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, alternating Saturdays
Pay: $55,000 – $90,000 per year (base commission)
