Conyers Mitsubishi is expanding our Parts Department and looking for an experienced Parts Counter Associate who thrives in a fast-paced dealership and e-commerce environment. What You’ll Do
- Handle daily parts counter operations for retail, wholesale, and internal service department customers
- Accurately identify, price, and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogs and dealer systems
- Manage and fulfill online orders via Amazon, eBay, and dealership e-commerce channels
- Monitor online inventory, product listings, pricing updates, and shipping logistics
- Maintain organized stock levels, assist with inventory audits, and manage returns or core credits
- Build and maintain positive relationships with technicians, wholesale clients, and retail customers
- Support monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive outreach and excellent service
Qualifications
- 2 years of automotive parts counter or wholesale parts experience (Mitsubishi, CDJR, Toyota, or similar experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership DMS/parts software (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday rotation)
Pay: $45,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience performance bonus)
