Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule dealership appointments
- Engage with customers who inquire about vehicles online via website, chat, or third-party platforms
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and provide a professional first impression
- Follow up with leads daily and update CRM with all customer interactions
- Confirm appointments, reschedule missed visits, and assist in follow-up campaigns
- Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments
- Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, accuracy, and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Exceptional phone and communication skills — clear, confident, and friendly
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred
- High comfort level using computers, CRM systems, and multitasking between screens
- Positive attitude, strong follow-up habits, and attention to detail
- Automotive experience a plus (but not required — we train the right person)
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional and engaging personality

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday rotation (with one weekday off)
Pay: $19,200 – $54,000 per year (hourly bonuses)
