What You’ll Do
- Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, and professional way
- Follow game procedures and on screen instructions
- Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

- 3pm to 11pm
- 5pm to 1am
- 7pm to 3am
- 11pm to 7am
- Weekend availability is required

Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For

- Have customer service, call center, retail, reception, hospitality, or cashier experience
- Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Can follow procedures consistently

- Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts
No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming licenses
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in the upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from at least four feet away

- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds when needed
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights
