Job Description
We are looking for a person with great problem-solving skills, experience leading a Team, and understanding of electronics and technical principles that will take care of Table equipment preventive maintenance and supervision; all related processes management – planning, procurement, delivery, transportation, etc.; related database update and data analysis; compliance with internal controls; relevant teams' supervision and development.
Responsibilities
Supervise all locations’ (those within the area of responsibility) ES representatives, with the purpose of ensuring crucial equipment related processes are executed right and the team operates with high standards
Manage all locations ES representatives in order improve equipment related KPIs in Studios
Manage procurement and delivery of table equipment for all locations
Perform market research & communication with suppliers
Visit the manufacturing plants with purpose to improve and adjust the equipment to the company’s needs
Plan and perform process optimization activities (to reach better equipment performance)
Ensure the compliance of equipment related processes with submitted internal controls (approved by gaming control boards)
Ensure the arrangement of safe and secure environment for sensitive table equipment in Studios
Perform table equipment related issue data analytics for all locations
Represent GIR (Equipment Unit) during the audits and regulatory calls when it comes to table equipment related matters and issues
Perform equipment budgeting and planning for existing operations as well as new games
Coordinate with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks
Research and Development of new products, inventing new prototypes of table equipment
Organization of tests for prototype equipment collecting the data for analyses and conclusion
Monitor and audit all equipment related processes (inspection, storage, utilization, etc.)
Provide training to Equipment Specialist representatives
Perform equipment maintenance when/if needed
Assemble, install and dismantle electronic equipment if needed
Execute or coordinate training sessions for new equipment with other departments if needed
Regularly report status updates to senior management
Qualifications
Strong computer hardware knowledge, troubleshooting with an understanding of network architectures.
Previous IT and/or technical background
Handy with common tools
Good working knowledge of English
Understanding of dependencies between electronics, mechanics and firmware
Experience with test equipment (multimeter or similar)
Market research experience
Understanding of electronics and technical principles
Photography or lightning experience are not required but beneficial
Linux knowledge on basic state
A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team as well as alone and unsupervised
To be a Multi-tasker, have team spirit and be likeable
To be able to plan and forecast effectively
Attentive to details
Great problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience leading a team (managerial experience)
(3D design, Printing) will be considered an advantage
Creating and updating documentation
Equipment reliability testing and incoming inspections
