This role is suited for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with experience in reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, and operational performance management. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver analytics and reporting solutions that support targeting, contract management, performance measurement, and decision-making, while developing internal and customer-facing dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into business health, customer performance, and operational KPIs.

This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $138,000 to $172,000 annually. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analytics that support National Accounts strategy, operations, and decision-making
- Develop reporting solutions for National Accounts targeting, contract management, and performance measurement
- Build and enhance dashboards that monitor business health, customer performance, and operational KPIs
- Create customer-facing dashboards that clearly communicate KPIs, trends, and performance insights
- Lead reporting initiatives that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance the National Accounts customer experience
- Drive operational improvements across shipping, loyalty, marketing, and reporting workflows
- Ensure data accuracy through audits, validations, and quality assurance across reporting systems
- Develop customer-specific trackers aligned with contract terms and reporting requirements
- Support data review, validation, and cleanup to improve data quality and reporting reliability
- Build forecasting and analytical tools to evaluate negotiation scenarios, contract quality, and future agreement terms
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and operational priorities that support National Account
- Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and business performance measurement
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented, with sound business judgment and intellectual curiosity
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions
- Innovative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Experience supporting National Accounts or Corporate Accounts teams preferred
- Familiarity with SFDC, BI tools, Tableau, NetSuite, and data warehouse environments preferred
