Evolko Invites Registered Nurses to work Remotely
with Flexi-time & Preferred Income Plan
to Review & Monitor Chronic Patients’ data
Responsibilities
a) login to Evolko Health Radar app
b) go over patients list available for review
c) perform review for the patients picked and send chat messages as part of the review to patients
d) look at the patient care plan to compare with the review, especially if not familiar with the patients
and also when there is an emergency (see the color code of red and others)
e) call patients through app (only if necessary) based on the review that justifies the need
f) assign patients to doctors, by checking the list of doctors assigned (if required).
Skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Experience in care planning, documentation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases and tasks
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
