Role: Desktop Engineer
Location: Albany, NY (37.5hrs/week)
Duration: 30 Months
8 Years of experience in the Field of Desktop Engineering
8 Years of experience with Windows 7 & 10
8 Years experience in technical approaches to design, build testing, and debugging problems
8 Years of experience in active directory group policy.
8 Years of experience with Window image deployment and package creation/management.
8 Years of experience in PowerShell scripting language experience
8 Years experience in client-based security management tools including anti-virus, PKI, HDD encryption, and general client based security hardening
8 Years of experience in Networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, Firewalls, etc.).
8 Years experience in Advanced troubleshooting and support for VPN and two Factor Authentication
8 Years of experience in Active Directory administration and management.
8 Years of experience with Cybersecurity best practices and compliance
8 Years of experience with Intel workstation hardware
8 Years of experience in mobile device management (MDM) solution
8 Years of experience in handling multiple tasks (ex: imaging laptops, answering the phones, supporting users, troubleshooting issues).
