Evoke Esthetics Regenerative Skincare & Wellness is opening a new location at the former Sapphire Salon location at 429 South Main Street in Kalispell, creating a new destination centered on holistic advanced regenerative esthetics and wellness.

Founder Missy Gray has served clients throughout the Flathead Valley for years and has built an established local clientele and professional reputation. She also owns Evoke Esthetics MedSpa in Boise, Idaho, an established holistic regenerative medspa.

The Kalispell location is a separate Regenerative Skincare & Wellness business, not a Montana medspa. It brings the established Evoke philosophy, systems, treatment approach, and business model into a new Flathead Valley location designed around regenerative skincare, restorative wellness, personalized care, and long-term client relationships.

Evoke is built on years of experience in advanced esthetics and a strong existing reputation in both Boise and the Flathead Valley.

We are currently looking for Montana-licensed estheticians and cosmetologists who are excited to help build a growing practice focused on regenerative esthetics, wellness, innovation, education, and exceptional client care.

Depending on the candidates we meet, we may hire one exceptional provider or build a complementary two-provider team.

A Different Kind of Opportunity in Beauty & Wellness

This is an opportunity to step beyond a traditional esthetics or cosmetology position and build a future in the growing world of regenerative esthetics, restorative wellness, advanced technologies, scalp therapy, hair restoration, and specialty beauty services.

The position can be shaped around each provider’s Montana licensure, experience, interests, strengths, and training.

A licensed esthetician may work throughout the regenerative esthetics and wellness side of the business, including advanced skincare, therapeutic facial experiences, body firming and sculpting modalities, skin tightening and rejuvenation, wellness experiences, and related services within their scope of practice.

A licensed cosmetologist may also work throughout the regenerative esthetics and wellness side of the business, with additional opportunities in hair restoration, scalp wellness, Japanese-inspired rain scalp therapy, and select specialty styling, including blowouts, updos, bridal, and special-event styling.

As the Kalispell location grows, additional wellness experiences are planned, including contrast therapy and red-light therapy with zero-gravity relaxation.

Training will be provided in Evoke’s regenerative philosophy, protocols, advanced technologies, Fusion Plasma, THINNR®, Japanese-Inspired Rain Scalp Therapy, and our signature client experience.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Positions will begin part-time, with opportunities to grow as client demand and the Kalispell practice grow.

Booked client services will primarily be commission based.

For an established provider bringing an existing clientele, compensation, scheduling, and the structure of the position may be discussed individually based on experience, clientele, availability, and the role developed with Evoke.

THINNR® will include commission opportunities connected to client enrollment and program growth. Additional details will be finalized as the program is implemented and training is completed.

The $18–$20 hourly rate listed in this posting applies to designated responsibilities outside of booked client services, which may include:

• Designated front desk coverage when not providing client services
• Administrative responsibilities
• Business-development projects
• Practice operations and organizational projects
• Special projects or other responsibilities delegated by the owner

Normal provider responsibilities include delivering a complete client experience, including greeting clients, scheduling, follow-up, rebooking, treatment-room turnover, laundry, opening and closing responsibilities, and participating in appropriate marketing and promotion of Evoke and its services.

Evoke will actively market the business and help create awareness and new-client opportunities, but successful providers are also expected to participate in building and maintaining their own clientele.

That includes promoting services, following up with clients, encouraging rebooking, building referrals, participating in appropriate marketing and community outreach, and helping clients discover other Evoke experiences that may support their goals.

We’re looking for providers with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to grow their own careers while helping build the Evoke brand and client community in the Flathead Valley.
