Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Early Intervention (EI) Primary Programs
We’re actively hiring for our Early Intervention (EI) Primary Programs, supporting students ages 3-13 which provide foundational behavioral, developmental, and learning support to young children in a structured, team-based environment.
This is a meaningful opportunity for RBTs who are passionate about helping early learners build communication, independence, and social-emotional skills through play-based and evidence-driven ABA therapy.
Onboarding and training will begin in early January 2026, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis, early submission is encouraged!

Registered Behavior Technicians in this program are highly valued team members, supported through robust training, structured protocols, and ongoing clinical supervision to ensure both staff and student safety.
Position Overview
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work directly with students under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA treatment plans. This is a center-based role requiring strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with significant support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ABA services based on student-specific treatment plans
- Collect and record accurate data using CentralReach
- Write objective, professional session notes
- Utilize Safety Care de-escalation and physical intervention procedures (training provided)
- Respond to behavioral crises
- Support students with personal care and activities of daily living
- Participate in field trips and community outings (company vehicle provided)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
- Attend regular team meetings and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including teachers and clinicians
- Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Coordinator
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5–40 hours/week)
- Occasional trainings may start at 7:30 AM or end at 4:15 PM
- Overtime is rare and only required in emergency situations
- This is a 100% center-based position (no travel required or remote work available)
Training & Support
- 2 weeks of initial onboarding and direct training before working independently. All new hire trainings are paid at the employee's full hire rate.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification & re-certification (paid)
- Safety Care crisis prevention and physical intervention
- Trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and clinical skills development
- Ongoing supervision and professional development
- On-site full-time BCBA trainer and Safety Care trainers for ongoing staff support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a Behavioral Science (ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related)
- OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4 years of related experience.
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass local, state, and federal background checks
- TB test and occupational physical (paid by company)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to run, kneel, pivot, lift 40 lbs, and transition between seated, kneeling, and standing repeatedly
- Ability to use a company-provided device for documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Experience managing challenging behavior
- Familiarity with CentralReach
- Valid Colorado driver's license

Our programs are supported by an interdisciplinary team of BCBAs, Special Education Teachers, LCSWs, RBTs, and Mental Health Assistants. BCBAs maintain small caseloads and are always on-site to ensure high levels of clinical oversight and in-the-moment support.
