Position Overview
The BCBA – Clinical Supervisor leads the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for students within our school-based and behavioral health programs. This position provides clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Specialists, ensuring treatment integrity, ethical compliance, and measurable progress.
Working closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals, the Clinical Supervisor ensures every plan reflects data-driven goals, compassionate care, and the highest standards set by the BACB and Evoke Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a monthly caseload of approximately 800–1,000 RBT service hours, ensuring treatment integrity, data accuracy, and ethical compliance. Maintain a caseload overseeing 8000 - 1,000 RBT hours a month.
- Provide parent and caregiver training, equipping families with effective tools for consistency and skill generalization at home and in the community.
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with evidence-based ABA practices.
- Lead and actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical case reviews to align client goals across ABA, education, and mental health disciplines.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant, including session notes, progress reports, and incident documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong skills in behavior plan development, assessment, and data analysis.
