What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Brand Manager (Sales) position at evo?
If you love being in salons, building real relationships and creating the kind of momentum that actually sticks — we'd like to talk.
evo is looking for a Regional Brand Manager (Sales) to drive growth across our Western North America territory, spanning the western US and Canada.
This isn't a territory management role…It's a growth role.
You'll inherit established distributor partnerships, lead one direct report and play a key role in helping more salons discover, choose and advocate for evo.
Most of your time will be spent where it matters most: in the field. Supporting distributors, connecting with salons, activating opportunities and building the kind of genuine relationships that create long-term brand loyalty.
what you'll be responsible for
You'll help grow evo across the territory by:
• driving new salon acquisition
• activating distributor sales teams and creating commercial momentum
• increasing engagement with DSC programs and initiatives
• supporting education, events and brand-building activity
• identifying opportunities to strengthen salon loyalty and advocacy
• developing and coaching your direct report
• representing the voice of the market back into the business
your first year
Success in this role will look like:
• increased salon distribution across the western territory
• stronger distributor engagement and advocacy
• greater participation in DSC initiatives
• improved visibility and demand for the evo brand
• trusted relationships throughout the distributor and salon network
who you are
You know the professional beauty industry well. You're comfortable working at the intersection of sales, education and brand — and you understand that the best results come from relationships built on genuine trust, not just a good pitch.
You're self-directed and commercially minded. You don't wait for opportunities — you create them. You take ownership, follow through and know how to turn activity into results.
You have experience managing distributor relationships in professional beauty, a feel for what makes salons tick, and ideally some experience leading or mentoring others.
Most importantly, you believe growth happens through people.
And you genuinely enjoy the work.
why evo
evo is an independent professional haircare brand with a loyal following and a clear point of view. We're not trying to be everything to everyone — we know who we are, we back our people and we move with purpose.
You'll have real autonomy across your territory, the support of an experienced team and the opportunity to shape what evo looks like across one of our most exciting growth regions.
This is a remote role requiring regular travel throughout the western territory (60–70%).
If you enjoy building relationships, growing salons and creating genuine momentum, we'd love to hear from you. Apply via LinkedIn with your CV.
