We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately
- Respond promptly to new inquiries and schedule, confirm, and conduct Discovery Calls with prospective patients and members for both physical therapy and training.
- Support data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software to ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for team members
- Prepare processing documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and professionalism
- Support office management activities including filing systems, document organization, and general administrative duties
- Verify Out-of-network benefits for PT and complete insurance verification forms
- Collaborate with Billing to ensure all payments are recorded appropriately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum or 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferrably in a healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing is a plus
- Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management productivity software
- Experience in Sales and Marketing: communicating the benefits of our services to restore and/or improve health , physcial capacity and performance.
- Exceptional phone communication skills along with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
