Role Description

EVNA PR is seeking a Publicist to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of brands and talent. This role is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing client management,media relations, and high-impact coverage opportunities, while driving results that support both brand visibility and revenue. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and kind, with a strong understanding of the evolving PR landscape and experience integrating affiliate and commerce-driven strategies across platforms such as AWIN and Impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day management across 8–10 client accounts
• Secure high-impact earned media moments (launches, collaborations, standout features)
• Drive affiliate-driven PR strategies
• Leverage and expand strong, relevant media relationships
• Lead initiatives across events, partnerships, and key brand moments 

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of PR experience across beauty, fashion, and interior design
• Strong track record securing top-tier earned media
• Strong track record with affiliate and commerce editorial strategies (e.g., AWIN, Impact, LTK)
• Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills, with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive both brand awareness and revenue

• Relationships with affiliate managers and commerce editors & writers
• Background in product launches, retail moments, brand collaborations, and events
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Proficiency in Muck Rack, CoverageBook, Canva, Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack
