Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Scheduler role located in the Waco, TX area. The Project Scheduler will be primarily responsible for developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 software. Key tasks include creating and maintaining detailed project timelines, performing critical path analysis, tracking progress, and generating regular updates and reports. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated. The Project Scheduler will play a vital role in ensuring the execution of mission-critical/data center projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Management and Data Analytics
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective Communication skills with an ability to clearly convey complex information to various stakeholders
- Experience in Customer Service and engagement with diverse teams
- Expertise in using Primavera P6, including schedule creation, updates, and analysis
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Experience in mission-critical or data center projects is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
