About Eviva:
Eviva is a national importer and distributor of premium bathroom furniture and fixtures. We’re expanding operations to our new Sacramento warehouse to support West Coast distribution.
Core responsibilities
- Lead daily inbound/outbound flow: receiving containers, staging, labeling, BOL prep, and LTL dispatch.
- Supervise small team of warehouse associates (depending on shift).
- Coordinate with HQ Ops on inventory accuracy, RMAs, and replenishment.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and pick/pack standards.
- Track KPIs: pick accuracy, damages, load times, and carrier compliance.
- Serve as the point-person for 3PL or cross-dock coordination if you add that later.
- Uphold facility organization, equipment checks, and OSHA compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
Preferred experience
- 3–5 years in furniture, bulky goods, or LTL-oriented warehousing.
- Experience with NetSuite WMS, RF-Smart, or similar (critical for your stack).
- Forklift certified, OSHA-savvy.
- Leadership presence — calm under pressure, can direct temp labor efficiently.
