Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services tailored to client needs
- Provide exceptional client care and maintain a welcoming, professional experience
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and wellness recommendations
- Maintain treatment rooms according to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Document services appropriately and communicate with team members as needed
- Help promote massage services and support client retention
Qualifications
- Active Florida Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body wellness practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain clientele
- Med spa, wellness, or luxury spa experience preferred
