Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver beverages and food promptly, ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked section throughout your shift.
- Assist teammates by running food and supporting other sections when needed.
- Accurately process payments and provide change with efficiency and courtesy.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a positive experience.
- Previous restaurant serving experience required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently describe menu items, ingredients, and beer selections.
- General knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktails preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
- Exceptional multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must hold or obtain an Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission (ATC) Employee Permit within 120 days of hire,
