About the Role:

The Retail Store Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. This position is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The associate will manage transactions accurately, maintain the presentation and organization of the sales floor, and support inventory management activities. By fostering a welcoming environment and building rapport with customers, the associate helps drive store sales and contributes to the overall success of the retail location. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the brand’s standards and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising principles
• Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Airsoft Knowledge is preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously, identifying their needs and providing appropriate product information and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
