2025 will be a breakout year for us: we’re on track to be in 1,300 retail doors, launching Amazon as a new channel, and building programs to drive trial, velocity, and loyalty. We’re looking for a brand leader who can connect the dots between strategy and flawless execution — and help Evie’s shine across retail and digital shelves.
🎯 About the Role
The Brand Manager will own the day-to-day execution of Evie’s brand and channel marketing initiatives — spanning retail marketing, shopper activations, Amazon execution, creative development, and sales performance insights.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on project management. You’ll work closely with agency partners, brokers, distributors, and our internal team to bring brand plans to life, support category growth, and deliver results that strengthen Evie’s position at retail and online.
🧰 Responsibilities
Retail & Shopper Marketing
- Partner with agencies to plan and execute retailer-specific programs (demos, displays, seasonal promotions, Instacart ads, Aisle activations)
- Manage shopper marketing budgets and activation calendars, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Coordinate with brokers, distributors, and sales leadership to support retail launches, seasonal pushes, and account-specific needs
- Track and analyze performance of retail programs to recommend optimizations
Amazon & Digital Channel Coordination
- Oversee Amazon launch and ongoing management with agency partners — including PDP optimization, inventory management, and PPC strategy
- Collaborate on paid media campaigns (Meta, Instacart) to drive awareness and trial
- Ensure all digital brand touchpoints (website, Amazon, social) reflect current messaging and seasonal priorities
Business & Category Insights
- Analyze sales performance using distributor reports, SPINS, and retailer POS data
- Identify trends, competitive moves, and category opportunities to inform strategy
- Prepare retailer-specific sales stories and insight decks for pitches and reviews
- Recommend actions to improve performance in underperforming doors
Brand Asset & Creative Leadership
- Lead development of sales collateral, POS materials, packaging updates, and trade show displays
- Manage creative timelines with design partners to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Support execution of industry events as needed
👤 Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in CPG marketing, brand management, shopper marketing, or retail programs
- Proven ability to manage agency partners and cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Skilled in analyzing data from SPINS, Nielsen, or retailer portals and translating insights into action
- Strong organizational and project management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or online marketplaces
- Familiarity with retail media platforms (84.51°, Roundel, etc.)
- Experience managing retail activations
- Knowledge of natural/specialty retail landscape (KeHE, UNFI, etc.)
💸 Compensation & Perks
- Salary range: $90,000–$120,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus
