We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of warehouse management processes. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and optimizing overall distribution center performance. Job Description

The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, drive operational improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control practices.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve workflow.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
- Hire, lead, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Use transportation management systems to coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation
- Apply lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- 3 or more years proven experience in operations management in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Experience building functional warehouse operations and small manufacturing facilities.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and process improvement methods.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing warehouse supervisors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
