Job Duties
- Support Social Media Execution: Assist in the development, scheduling, and performance tracking of social media content across key platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct Competitive Analysis: Perform structured benchmarking and competitive analysis to evaluate market positioning, messaging, and campaign activity across key competitors.
- Support Thought Leadership Content: Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to support development of strategic communications and thought leadership content.
- Assist with Content Development: Help coordinate creation of marketing assets including blog posts, social content, and campaign materials aligned to brand guidelines.
- Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including asset management, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
- Track and Report Performance: Monitor key marketing metrics and support reporting efforts to evaluate campaign and content effectiveness.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Support adherence to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks across content and channels.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with global marketing, creative, and external partners to support execution of brand initiatives.
- Interest in Marketing: Demonstrated interest in brand marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize information, identify trends, and support data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Technical Familiarity: Basic familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office tools; experience with marketing tools is a plus.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or with 1-3 years experience with similar focus
- Industry Interest: Interest in life sciences, healthcare, or technology is a plus.
