Accreditation Project Manager

 

At EIM, we are reimagining healthcare education to humanize patient care in every community. We offer accessible lifelong learning to healthcare professionals transforming their communities. The EIM Accreditation Project Manager (APM) contributes to our hybrid education mission by supporting the EIM Accreditation Team and our University Partner (UP) programs through the accreditation life cycle. Working in close collaboration with Accreditation Consultants of multiple disciplines (PT, OT, PA, SLP, etc.), this position will manage multiple ongoing accreditation projects, facilitate internal (EIM) and external (UP) collaborative work efforts, and provide detailed reporting of accreditation support services provided to our partner programs. This role is vital to the seamless execution of quality and timely accreditation support services for our University Partners.

Responsibilities

This is an in office position, based in San Antonio, TX

 

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following)

 

 

  • Discover, learn, and understand University Partner accreditation needs and processes.  
  • Provide oversight and project management services to EIM Accreditation Consultants and UP leadership and faculty in support of all accreditation-related initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor accreditation timelines, readiness schedules, and plans to mitigate risk of not meeting Client program deliverables and deadlines.
  • Identify, organize, and deliver faculty and staff training plans to meet accreditation needs and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of accurate and timely accreditation reports and applications.
  • Participate and assist in the preparation and coordination of accreditation onsite visits.
  • Monitor, audit and provide feedback and solutions on processes and systems that ensure accreditation compliance.
  • Own, monitor, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records, files, and systems with timely reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) for accreditation services.
  • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease citations, and streamline work processes, and works cooperatively to provide quality seamless customer service and accreditation compliance.
  • Deliver regular reporting to the Associate Director of Accreditation to foster insight and promote strong leadership awareness of opportunities and challenges acrossUniversity Partner programs.
  • Explore and develop roadmaps for accreditation support in various Healthcare Education disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain a current understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards through active participation with appropriate accreditation commissions and professional associations.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with Associate Director of Accreditation & Accreditation Managers, ensuring they have necessary data to delegate tasks to Accreditation Coordinators based on individual strengths and experience levels.
  • Effectively influence Accreditation teammates to provide comprehensive and robust accreditation support services to partner programs.

  • Required:
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability and personal style to inspire confidence and work successfully with multi-faceted audiences (academic leadership and faculty, accreditation subject matter experts, team members, etc.).
    • Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to integrate multiple support services into one comprehensive service plan.
    • Ability to thrive in a diversified work environment with varying levels of ambiguity.
    • Ability to lead projects independently while establishing effective working relationships with senior management, key external partners, and team members.
    • Track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
    • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.

 

  • Preferred:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or;
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
