Quartet Veterinary Specialty Hospital is seeking a full-time, board-certified (or residency-trained) Small Animal Veterinary Internist to establish and grow our Internal Medicine service. Job Responsibilities
- Establish and grow the Small Animal Internal Medicine service
- Provide advanced diagnostic and therapeutic care for internal medicine cases
- Perform and interpret procedures such as ultrasound and endoscopy
- Collaborate closely with surgery, anesthesia, and referring veterinarians
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring practices and clients
- Contribute to clinical excellence and the advancement of veterinary medicine
Qualifications
- DVM (or equivalent) required
- Board-certified (DACVIM-SAIM) or residency-trained in Small Animal Internal Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for developing a service and delivering exceptional patient care
