- Assists with contract review, negotiation, and overall support for various Site Development leasing contracts.
- Track contract pipeline and report results.
- Assist in analyze and identify key terms and appropriate changes to standardize and negotiate contracts to completion.
- Assist in streamline contracting processes to facilitate the growth of EVgo’s charging portfolio including supporting improvement of standard agreements or processes.
- Assist in prepare, review and revise site development agreements upon request.
- Master business and legal issues central to EVgo’s site contracting and develop in‑depth knowledge base to become a key contributor to EVgo’s site contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with IT, business teams and potentially outside consultants to implement contract management software and internal processes to optimize functionality.
- Maintain training materials for EVgo’s Site Development Sales Team.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Contract management experience; familiarity with Salesforce and Sirion preferred.
- Experience in both corporate and start‑up/growth company environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Tools and legal software tools (databases, e‑signature tools, etc.)
- Strong communicator able to work within the ecosystem at EVgo to solve problems.
- Analytical Thinker: Intellectually curious, passion for learning new content and concepts and ability to think creatively about solutions.

Salary : $98,400 - $123,000
